Power Bags
The powerbag is an innovative training tool used widely in the sporting sector. Any exercise within the gym using regular free weights and machines can be adapted to the powerbag with a much more functional and 3 dimensional approach.
The powerbag in essence is a bag of sand so when lifted sand shifts causing the dynamics to change challenging the muscles to work harder. Adding rotation and swings into the equation also adds to the intensity and changes the stimulus to the muscles.

Olympic Rings
Rings have been used as a training tool since the 1800's and are fantastic for improving muscle tone, size and strength. They can be a great plateau buster, when you have mastered the normal range of push-ups chins and dips it's time to get serious and increase the challenge by introducing the rings.

Kettle Bells
The kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight, which looks similar to a cannon ball with a handle. Unlike most bodybuilding exercises, kettlebell routines recruit many muscle groups in synchrony developing strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. The off-centred nature of the kettlebell increases the difficulty and gets those muscles screaming out for rest.
